a. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • The course is marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
  • The refund request is made after the specified refund period.
  • You have completed the course or received a certificate of completion.

b. Process for Requesting a Refund

  • Reason for the refund request

2. Subscription Plans

If you have purchased a subscription plan:

  • You may cancel the subscription anytime, but refunds will only be issued if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the initial payment.
  • Refunds for auto-renewals are not provided unless the renewal charge occurred due to a technical error.

3. Free Courses

Courses that are offered for free are non-refundable since no payment is involved.


4. Technical Issues

If you face technical difficulties accessing a course, please contact our support team at support@careertrainings.org. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may provide a refund or grant access to a different course of equivalent value.


5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if:

  • The request appears to be fraudulent or abusive.
  • There is evidence of misuse of the course materials.
  • The course content has been downloaded or copied.
